Returns

Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us. In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we will refund all items according to their respective policies below:

GOWNS 

If you would like to return a wedding gown, bridal skirt, or bridal top, please post it back within 7 days of the date of receipt. 

Let us know via email that you would like to return your item to receive a confirmation. Returns/exchanges without notification will not be accepted. You can reach us at hello@asoneweds.com within 7 days of the date of receipt. 

In order to ensure that your merchandise qualifies for a return please be sure that you meet all of the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be new and unworn with no signs of use.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be accompanied by its original packaging and invoice.
  • Customized gowns may not be returned.

ACCESSORIES

If you would like to return an accessory, please post it back within 14 days of the date of receipt. 

Let us know via email that you would like to return your item to receive a confirmation. Returns/exchanges without notification will not be accepted. You can reach us at hello@asoneweds.com within 14 days of the date of receipt.

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be accompanied by its original packaging and invoice.
  • Customized items may not be returned.

You may return all items via a shipping method of your choice. Please note that you will not be refunded for any return ship fees. Most returns will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks. We currently do not accept items for exchange. Returns that do not meet our policies will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
